Kaak Amande Mrachak

A specialty from the city of Sfax. Almond powder scented with vanilla, mixed with egg whites and well kneaded, giving it a very particular texture and a delectable taste.
Recommended for traditional festivities. Keep in an airtight container away from light and heat.
